PURSCHENSTEIN Castle will quickly cast a spell on you, too. The fairytale castle hotel in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Mining Region Erzgebirge/KrušnohoĊi is one of the few castles in Saxony, which you can experience threefold with accommodation, dining & celebrations.
Court tax
Since 02.01.2023, guests staying overnight in Neuhausen and the surrounding area will receive the Erzgebirge guest card directly from the host when they "check in" and fill out the registration form. With the help of this card, guests receive numerous discounts, for example when visiting leisure and cultural facilities, when buying souvenir items or when using services. Guests also have the opportunity to use public transport free of charge on certain lines. You can find more information about this >>here<<.

Royal dreams! Schloss Purschenstein is home to a 4 star hotel which holds 46 rooms in different categories for guests to relax and enjoy the magical atmosphere that only a castle can deliver. The suites, duplex and double rooms have been furnished with great attention to detail with furniture and antiques that highlight the castle's historic heritage. Every room in the hotel is uniquely decorated with its own character.
Our reception is open daily from 8am to 6pm. Please inform us about a later arrival by phone or by mail.
DINE LIKE A KING
Dine like kings! You can do so in the unique ambience of the REMISE , the former carriage house of the castle. The fancy castle restaurant focuses on regional specialties, has a traditional wine cellar and belongs, according to Gerolsteiner’s Restaurant leaderboard to one of the best dining addresses in Saxony.
Our restaurant is open for you from Tuesday to Saturday from 17:30 to 22:00. A reservation is required. The rest days of the Remise are Sunday and Monday.
