Experience a culinary highlight in our restaurant "Remise", the former coach house and let yourself be pampered culinary in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere by our chef Jens Franke and his young kitchen team.
The menu, adapted to the seasons, offers a selection of classic dishes, interpreted in a modern way and made from fresh produce.
The restaurant Remise also has a traditional wine cellar with a selection of fine wines from various wine regions in Germany and around the world. Upon request, we serve the good wines to match your food. Let yourself be surprised by the creative and imaginative preparation of the dishes.
The ambience with its antique furniture and the preserved horse-drinking as well as its special flair takes you on a journey into the past.
Whether you opt for a delicious lunch, a leisurely coffee or a royal dinner in the evening by candlelight in the restaurant Remise, our service team will fulfill all your wishes daily from 15.00 and on weekends from 12.00 to 21.00.
Depending on the request, up to 100 people can sit down in the restaurant or choose from other rooms in the castle.

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
On weekends at noon from 12.00 to 14.00 and in the evening from 18.00 to 21.00.
During the week, the hot kitchen is open from 18.00 to 20.00.
From 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm you can enjoy coffee specialties and cakes in our library, our restaurant or in good weather on our terrace.
